General Terms & Acceptance

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered on the jeetbuu platform, including but not limited to: sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and other table games), slot games, card games including Tongits Go, and all financial transactions processed through your jeetbuu account. These terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of your overall agreement with jeetbuu.

1.2 Amendments to These Terms

jeetbuu reserves the right to update, revise, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jeetbuu will notify registered users by displaying a prominent notice on the platform homepage or by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with the affected account. Your continued use of jeetbuu following the effective date of any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any translation or communication and the English-language version of these terms, the English-language version shall prevail. jeetbuu operates as an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market, and English is the governing language of all contractual communications.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification

At the time of registration, all users must confirm that they are aged 18 years or older. jeetbuu reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or upon detection of any age-related concern. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued identification document recognised in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by jeetbuu will result in the immediate suspension of the account pending further review.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

jeetbuu is designed and marketed for use by residents of Bangladesh. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jeetbuu platform complies with any and all laws and regulations applicable to them in their jurisdiction. jeetbuu makes no representation that access to the platform is legal or appropriate in jurisdictions outside of Bangladesh. If you access jeetbuu from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own risk and jeetbuu accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such access.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the jeetbuu platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same mobile wallet number, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited. jeetbuu employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jeetbuu reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and retain any balances in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

Users who have previously self-excluded from the jeetbuu platform are not eligible to register a new account during their self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a violation of these Terms & Conditions. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services offered by jeetbuu, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Required registration information includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a mobile wallet number (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) to be linked to your account for payment purposes. You must not use false or fictitious information during registration. jeetbuu reserves the right to verify any and all information provided during registration at any time.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetbuu account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated method to access the platform. jeetbuu strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security. Any activity that occurs on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified jeetbuu of any suspected unauthorised access.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jeetbuu operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with responsible platform management practices. All users are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification may require submission of: a government-issued photo identification document (NID or passport); a document confirming your address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last three months); and confirmation of your registered mobile wallet ownership. jeetbuu processes KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome via the contact details registered on your account.

3.4 Accuracy of Account Information

You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any registered information changes — including your mobile number or linked wallet number — you must update your account details promptly by contacting [email protected]. jeetbuu is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeetbuu processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. jeetbuu will notify users of any changes to the available payment methods via the platform or by direct communication to registered account holders.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jeetbuu is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jeetbuu account balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to standard card processing times. jeetbuu does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jeetbuu accepts no responsibility. All deposited funds must be used for legitimate gaming activity and must not be used for money laundering or any other financial crime.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals from your jeetbuu account are processed exclusively to the verified mobile wallet or card linked to your account during registration or KYC verification. jeetbuu does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other individuals, or unverified payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes communicated on the platform, subject to KYC verification status and internal review requirements. jeetbuu reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Funds Security

All user funds held within jeetbuu accounts are treated as player funds and are maintained separately from the operational funds of the platform. jeetbuu employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all financial data transmission to protect the integrity and confidentiality of your payment information at all times.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jeetbuu offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry dates. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. jeetbuu reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met within the stipulated timeframe.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jeetbuu does not tolerate bonus abuse in any form. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or withdrawing bonus funds without engaging in genuine gaming activity. Where jeetbuu determines that a user has abused the bonus system, jeetbuu reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the account, and recover any funds withdrawn in connection with abusive bonus activity.

5.4 Modification or Cancellation of Promotions

jeetbuu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice. jeetbuu will use reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to ongoing promotions. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and for which wagering has commenced will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of crediting, except in cases where fraud or abuse is identified.

Betting & Casino Game Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on jeetbuu — including cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, which are displayed at the point of bet placement. All bets are final once confirmed. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or otherwise voided will be settled in accordance with jeetbuu's event settlement rules, which include voiding the bet and returning the stake to the user's account balance where the event does not take place within the stipulated completion window.

6.2 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match developments. jeetbuu does not guarantee the availability of live markets for any specific event and reserves the right to suspend live betting at any time. Where a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, jeetbuu reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the user's balance. Users who deliberately exploit pricing errors in live markets will have their accounts reviewed and may face restrictions or closure.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on jeetbuu — including slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and card games including Tongits Go — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as appropriate to the game type. Game outcomes are determined by the game engine independently of jeetbuu's platform systems. Each game's individual rules and return-to-player (RTP) information are accessible within the game interface. By playing any casino game on jeetbuu, you acknowledge that the outcome of any individual game round is random and that no strategy, system, or prior game history influences future results.

6.4 Disconnections During Gameplay

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game session, jeetbuu's system will attempt to complete the game round in progress according to the standard game rules. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on jeetbuu's infrastructure, the stake for that round will be returned to your account balance. jeetbuu is not responsible for disconnections caused by your own internet connection, device, or network provider.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the jeetbuu platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not use jeetbuu for any activity that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetbuu platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another user's account without their authorisation.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using the platform to process funds not derived from genuine personal gambling activity (i.e., money laundering).
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt influence on sporting events.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the jeetbuu platform or its content.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward jeetbuu staff or other users.
• Allowing any person under 18 years of age to use your account.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Obligations

By using jeetbuu, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. You accept personal responsibility for your gambling behaviour and agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your jeetbuu account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any remaining account balance (excluding uncleared bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by jeetbuu

jeetbuu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account — and to void associated bonuses and pending bets — where jeetbuu determines, at its sole discretion, that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The user has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• The user is found to be under 18 years of age.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity has been identified that warrants investigation.
• The user has engaged in prohibited betting patterns or bonus abuse.

Where an account is suspended or closed by jeetbuu due to a breach of these terms, jeetbuu is not obligated to return any balance held within the account and reserves the right to retain such funds as compensation for any loss or administrative cost incurred.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jeetbuu will notify the registered account holder by the available contact details before any dormancy policy is applied to the account. Details of the applicable dormancy policy, including any administrative fees that may be deducted from dormant account balances, will be communicated in that notification. Users may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support at [email protected].

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon the closure of a jeetbuu account (whether initiated by the user or by jeetbuu), all access rights to the platform cease immediately. Closed accounts may not be reopened except at the sole discretion of jeetbuu following a formal review. These Terms & Conditions continue to apply to any activity that took place on the account prior to its closure, including any outstanding disputes or financial obligations.
